Our founder, Rob, lives in Shore Acres, one of St. Pete’s most flood-prone neighborhoods. In 2024, his home was destroyed by severe flooding during Hurricane Helene. Post-storm, Rob was shocked by the outrageous demo and dry-out quotes he received — clear examples of large companies price gouging vulnerable homeowners in a time of crisis. That experience drove him to launch St. Pete Storm Prep & Demo Co., with one goal: to offer fair, honest help to local families and homeowners.
